1. Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, applicants, and institutional clients ("User", "Student", "you") of ElevateMedia (Pty) Ltd. Under accessing any pages of this portal, you agree to these operating standards in full.
2. Program Scope & Admission
We provide training programs, broadcast simulations, writing masterclasses, and career guidance. We reserve the absolute right to evaluate admission credentials and deny registration to anyone block-booked under false credentials or who fails to comply with billing frameworks.
3. Fee Schedule & Invoicing
Tuition prices, registration fees, and installation structures are detailed in the Academy documentation and on our website. Fees are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Installment plans have clear payment schedules. In the event of default on payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend student program privileges until all balances are settled.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our curriculum materials, exercises, layouts, videos, codes, logos, and scripts are copyrighted assets of ElevateMedia. These materials may only be used for personal study. Any unauthorized replication, commercial resale, or broadcast of our study models is strictly prohibited.
5. No-Guarantee Disclaimer
While our trainers work hard to ensure student success, we do not guarantee employment, placements, or specific income targets post-graduation. Individual success is based on the applicant's dedication, performance, and external recruitment requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African statutory legal structures, ElevateMedia (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from website disruptions or training outcome inconsistencies.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
